Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days in New Zealand depending on shipping type and may take up to 3 weeks shipping to Australia.

Orders are sent via tracked post. Orders over the amount of $150 will receive free shipping and orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping, and $14.95 for express shipping. Shipping to Australia will be $19.95.

Please be aware of delays outside our control that may affect postal services and delivery times. Please also consider any regional locations that may take longer for parcels to arrive.
